Apostle Michelle Richardson-Bowman - has faithfully served as Senior Pastor of Ambassadors For Christ Deliverance Center in Norfolk, Virginia, for 18 years, impacting lives through dynamic leadership, service, and empowerment. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminology and a Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling, reflecting her commitment to both academic excellence and spiritual growth.
Before entering full-time ministry, Apostle Richardson-Bowman served as a counselor in a juvenile detention center, a police officer with the Norfolk Police Department, and completed 12 years of honorable service in the U.S. Army. These experiences shaped her compassionate, disciplined, and resilient leadership style.
With a lifelong dedication to faith and community, Apostle Richardson-Bowman continues to serve as a powerful example of servant leadership, blending spiritual authority with a heart for restoration, empowerment, and lasting impact.
Executive Pastor Robert Vann - is a Columbus, GA native, an Author, Mentor, Educator, Student, Motivational speaker, 11-year Navy veteran, and Pastor. He thrives off pursuing his purpose and believes that everyone can do the same.
In 2019, He published my first book titled "You Are a Strong Man: Addressing the Pitfalls that Men Face and Providing Tools to Overcome Them," and in 2022, he published my second book titled, "Chosen Generation: 6 C.H.O.S.E.N. Principles & short stories equipping students to grow in self-awareness and become Transformational leaders".
As a student, I’ve obtained Certificates in Non-Profit Management from Tidewater Community College, earned a Bachelor's in Christian Leadership and management, and a Master of Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Leadership and mentorship from Regent University.
Youth Pastor Ahmaude Griffin - is a passionate servant of God from Fort Myers, Florida, with a deep commitment to youth, families, and generational transformation. Called to ministry at age 17, he faithfully served 10 years in the United States military before transitioning into full-time ministry, working with youth since 2011 and being installed as Youth Pastor in 2020.
Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Ahmaude extends his ministry through football coaching, using sports to build character, discipline, faith, and purpose in young men. He is the proud father of three—Malachi, Elijah, and Harmony—and believes healthy families are the foundation of lasting ministry.
With a heart for mentorship and discipleship, Pastor Ahmaude is dedicated to developing transformational, grounded, and faith-filled leaders who will impact families, churches, and communities for generations to come.
Evangelist Lychelle Ragland - serves as the Church Administrator at Ambassadors For Christ Deliverance Center, where she supports the leadership and overall operations of the ministry. She oversees administrative systems, event coordination, and church communications, helping to ensure excellence, organization, and effective ministry flow.
Evangelist Lychelle has over six years of ministry experience and a heart for empowering women, families, and youth to walk confidently in their God-given purpose. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and a Master’s degree in Human Service Counseling, and has professional experience as a teacher and counselor within the Norfolk Public Schools system.
She is the author of Unveiling HerStory and remains committed to serving the Kingdom of God through leadership, service, and obedience to the call on her life.
Evangelist Deshawn Nelson
serves as a leader at Ambassadors For Christ Deliverance Center (AFC), where he plays a key role in vision, leadership, and media development. He oversees and supports creative and technical teams, helping to communicate the heart of the ministry with excellence and clarity. Deshawn is passionate about equipping people, building strong teams, and using media as a powerful tool for outreach, worship, and community impact.
Evangelist Itina Spelman - Founding Member | Overseer Evangelist Itina is a devoted servant and one of the founding members of Ambassadors For Christ. Blessed with three children and six grandchildren, family and faith are at the heart of everything Itina does. Guided by a life scripture, Proverbs 3:5-6 — “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” — Itina strives to live a life of trust and obedience to God. She serves as Overseer for Ushers and Greeters, Sexton, and Sunday School, ensuring a warm welcome and a strong foundation for spiritual growth within our church family. Outside of ministry, Otina works as a Customer Support Associate III at Dominion Energy and enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring new foods and cultures.
